Description
Intense garnet red color with slight brown reflections. On the nose it is very complex, pleasant, with notes of flowers and red fruits. On the palate it is rich, elegant, full, robust but with delicate tannins. Thanks to its 20 months of aging, it pairs perfectly with red meats, particularly game, mushrooms, artichokes and truffles. Vintage 2021 100% Nebbiolo grapes Limited production: only 1,800 bottles per year. Serve at 17 / 18 °C.
