Description
Prosecco Rosé DOC Brut from Tacoli Asquini, made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes cultivated in Bicinicco, in the province of Udine, on fluvial gravels of Dolomitic origin. The Glera is vinified in white, while the Pinot Nero is vinified in red with maceration on the skins; this is followed by blending and sparkling using the Charmat method. The color is a pale pink tending towards peach, with onion-skin reflections and fine perlage; the nose is fragrant and balanced. The palate is dry, elegant, and harmonious. Excellent as a classy aperitif and with raw seafood, carpaccio, delicate risottos, steamed fish, and light white meats; serve chilled at 6-8°C.
