Description

Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Millesimato from Tacoli Asquini, made from Glera grapes cultivated in Bicinicco, in the province of Udine, on fluvial gravels of Dolomitic origin. Soft pressing preserves freshness and the aromatic profile, followed by sparkling according to the Charmat method and slow fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-22°C) to enhance its finesse and precision. The color is a bright straw yellow, with fine and continuous perlage; the nose is fresh and of good intensity, slightly aromatic, with distinct notes of rennet apple. The palate is balanced and flowing, with a bubble that accompanies without overwhelming. Excellent as an aperitif and with light fried foods, delicate first courses, and dry pastries; serve chilled at 8-10°C.
