Description

Clear and brilliant ruby red color obtained from a not too long maceration in cement. Characterized on the nose by notes of cherry, with a spicy background of pepper and licorice. To drink throughout the meal; excellent with cold cuts and cheeses as an aperitif, recommended mainly for grilled vegetables and white meats.
