Description

The color is a brilliant straw yellow, the perfume is slightly mineral with notes of apricot, pear, peach and citrus fruits, with excellent acidity. Overall it is a very balanced wine. The fruity tones remain in the background with a slightly bitter aftertaste, reminiscent of almond. The calcareous soil gives a marked connotation to the perfumes of the wine, which unites a full-bodied structure to pleasant mineral notes and a perfumed bouquet. Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies appetizers and fish dishes, crustaceans, seafood risotto or porcini mushroom risotto, white meats, lobster, fresh cheeses and vegetable-based dishes. Small production, only 6,667 bottles per year. 100% Greco grapes. Serve cold at 8/10 °C.
