Description

Intense and concentrated dark ruby color when young, with garnet reflections over the years, on the nose it offers a wide bouquet of cherry, plum and sour cherry; with spicy notes of violet, black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is full with balanced tannins and good aromatic persistence. Accompanies the best roasts, game and slightly spicy dishes. It pairs very well with aged cheeses and truffles.
