Description

The classic white berry grape variety of the Isarco Valley grows at 600 m above sea level and is refined in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a young yellow-green color and has a pleasant fruity aroma. Notes of apples, pears and ripe melons are recognized. On the palate, Sylvaner presents itself with its typical minerality, a delicate acidity and a balanced body. The wine is suitable for appetizers, asparagus, pasta, risottos and fish. Small production, only 3,000 bottles per year. 100% Sylvaner grapes. Serve cold at 8 / 10 °C.
