It presents itself with an original opalescent straw yellow color (consistent with the particular type), introducing clear and composed nuances that evoke just-ripe pear, lotus, medlar, white peach, apple on a mineral background recalling clay and tuff. In the mouth it is exquisite, soft, enveloping, caressing, with the "right" acidity, satisfying and refreshing. A fine wine that ennobles – if we really want to categorize it – the sector of so-called "natural wines" thanks to its technical precision (there is no flaw, no defect!).
