Description

Brilliant color, intense garnet red with slightly orange reflections. The nose offers delicate notes of cherry, licorice, hay and light vanilla. On the palate it is full, harmonic, warm with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. Aged in 25 HL French oak barrels for 30 months and then completed the refinement in the bottle for another 16 months before being put on the market. To be drunk in combination with second courses, white meats and game in general. Vintage 2024 100% Nebbiolo grapes Limited production: only 5,000 bottles per year Serve at 18 °C
