Description

Delicate and characteristic scent with a clear hint of almond, lighter of field flowers. Dry flavor, slightly aromatic on an elegant bitter almond background, slightly mineral. Accompanies light appetizers, fish dishes (sea and freshwater) both stewed and in sauce. Perfect with Prosciutto Crudo “San Daniele” 100% Friulano (formerly known as “Tocai Friulano”). Production of 5,000 bottles per year. Alc. 13%, serve cold at 10/12 °C.
