Brilliant ruby red color with deep purple reflections. On the nose it is fresh, fruity, sweet with elegant perfumes that prevail with strength. On the palate it is a typical Dolcetto, with dominant fruit and a winey character. Perfect pairing with pasta, risottos, soups and red meats, particularly grilled.
