Description

The color is a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose it is slightly mineral with notes of apricot, pear, peach and citrus fruits. Full and fruity taste, with slight sapidity and elegant balanced acidity that invites the second glass. Overall a very balanced, easy-drinking and fruity wine. Excellent as an aperitif, excellent if paired with appetizers and fish dishes, crustaceans, seafood risottos, white meats, fresh cheeses and vegetable-based dishes.
