Boheme Vallèe d'Aoste Rouge DOP 2023

Description

Boheme, Valle d'Aosta Rouge from the TAEMA winery, located in the historic center of Aosta, the result of a careful selection of grapes from old vines: Petit Rouge, Cornalin, and Vien de Nus. It matures for twelve months in wood, alternating between second-passage large barrels and used barriques. The color is a dense ruby embellished with purplish streaks; the nose is intense and varied, with a ferrous touch that opens onto fresh and fragrant wild berries, wild strawberries, raspberries, and pink carnation. On the palate, it is taut and savory, with supple tannins and a fruity finish. Excellent with red meats, game, and aged cheeses; serve at 16-18°C.
