Description

"Brazan" vineyard on the south/west slope of Monte Quarin in Brazzano di Cormons, in the province of Gorizia. Vineyard characteristics: 80-year-old vines. Deep and elegant Friulano, vertical and marine. Strongly hydrocarbon, it presents intense notes of anise and pink grapefruit. Dense and intense. Very classic in its own way. To be paired with crustaceans, molluscs, fish first courses, white meat main courses, fish main courses. Blend of Friulano, Ribolla and Malvasia Istriana grapes. Production: 3,000 bottles per year. Alc. 13.0%, serve cold at 8 / 10 °C.
