Don Lisander Riviera DOC 2019

Description

Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it presents itself clean, with a slightly varietal and earthy aroma: red fruits and cherries and a spicy touch (white pepper, cinnamon). On the palate it is fresh and with a decided flavor, full-bodied. Fresh finish with good length and spicy and elegant tannin. Pair with pasta, poultry, white and red meats, game, duck and hard cheeses. Pleasant to sip even at the end of a meal. Ages in oak barrels for 15 months and refines for nine months in the bottle. Stored properly, it keeps for up to 4/5 years. Grapes: 60% Groppello Gentile, 15% Barbera, 15% Sangiovese and 10% Marzemino Vintage: 2019. Serve at 19° C. Open the bottle an hour before serving; better poured into a decanter. Alc 15,5 %
