Description

Brilliant color, intense garnet red with slightly orange reflections. On the nose it offers delicate notes of cherry, licorice, hay, and light vanilla. On the palate it is full, harmonious, warm with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. Aged in 25 HL French oak barrels for 30 months and then completed aging in the bottle for a further 16 months before release. To drink paired with main courses, white meats and game in general.
