Description

Pure Merlot vinified in rosé by the organic estate Salvatore Tamburello, located in Poggioreale in the Belìce Valley, western Sicily; like all the "N" wines from the cellar, it takes its name from the cadastral parcel of the vineyard. Produced using the ancestral method — a single fermentation that completes in the bottle, on its own lees and without disgorgement — it is organic, unfiltered and unclarified, and without the addition of gum arabic, which is why it is sometimes slightly hazy. A rosé with delicate bubbles: fresh nose of red fruits and citrus, lively and dry sip of pleasant immediacy. Excellent as an aperitif and with light, convivial dishes; serve cold.
