The Collio hills know no state borders: they continue beyond the frontier, in Slovenia, with the same soil substrate and the same climate. This is where iKlivi was born, the cross-border project of the Zanusso family from I Clivi — the same philosophy, another side of the same land.

Same hands, new land

iKlivi brings the I Clivi approach beyond the border, into Slovenian Primorska: minimal intervention, absolute respect for the terroir, and wines that speak of the place before the grape variety. Two main expressions:

  • Brda — from Goriška Brda, the "home of Rebula" (Ribolla Gialla), the Slovenian twin of the Collio: green and terraced hills, sub-Mediterranean climate, whites of character and finesse.
  • Vipavska Dolina — from the Vipava Valley, a pure Chardonnay from the hills of Goče: elegant, mineral, shaped by the winds that cross the valley.

A bridge between two lands
